The story
Gilt is built by a husband-and-wife team who wanted a finance tracker with two properties that rarely coexist: real depth (budgets, net worth, multi-currency, family sharing) and real privacy. Instead of connecting to banks through aggregators or bundling yet another paid chatbot, Gilt made a bet: your iPhone and your iCloud are enough to run your finances, and the AI you already pay for is enough to automate them.
