The data promise
Your data is never held hostage. If your free start runs out or you cancel, Gilt switches to read-only: everything you entered stays visible, searchable and exportable to CSV — forever, free. How does the free start work?
Install and use everything — no account, no card. Once you've recorded 10 transactions across 5 different days, the app becomes read-only until you subscribe; browsing, reports and CSV export stay free forever.
Is there a free trial?
The yearly plan starts with 14 days free. You'll get a reminder two days before it ends, and there's no charge if you cancel before then. Monthly and Lifetime have no trial — the free start is the trial.
How do I cancel?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gilt → Cancel. Apple handles all billing; we never see your payment details.
Is Lifetime shared with my family?
Lifetime is a personal unlock for your Apple ID. For a shared household, the Family plan is the right fit.
